Good afternoon, everyone! I've been following a proper diet for a few months now. In general, it's easy for me, but sometimes I don't have enough variety of healthy and wholesome treats in my diet. Moreover, I crave sweets and other things. How do you replace unhealthy snacks?

Hi. I know better than anyone how hard it is to give up unhealthy snacks. I always want to eat something tasty like chips or chocolate bars. That's what I had trouble with, it was hard to get over myself. Various nuts and other kinds of light snacks came to my rescue. But you are right, there is not always a wide variety of treats in the stores, so they get boring quickly. I found a cool store with various healthy foods https://healthhabitbyheejin.com/ . I've been ordering various goodies to replace unhealthy snacks for half a year now.

Sweet and junk foods are great substitutes for fruits, nuts, sugar-free sweets and more. But such food is also worth getting used to. Everything depends only on your willpower

I can totally relate to your struggle with healthy snacking! What has helped me is having a stash of fresh fruits like berries and apples readily available. They satisfy my sweet tooth nursing and rehabilitation centers Los Angeles while providing essential nutrients. Also, nuts and seeds make great crunchy and wholesome alternatives to chips or cookies. I do indeed want to move towards healthy eating, but it's so expensive to eat healthy. Of course, Botox Malaysia is part of a healthy lifestyle as well. And it too is super expensive.
