Anyone else find they keep placing the items in the wrong place. I go to place a heal/decoy etc and for some reason it always ends up in a different place to where I want it. It could be that I am going wrong because I am selecting the relevant power up which is repositioning my man and putting me in a different position on the screen. Either way I keep doing it

Just use the right click to issue the ability where you want it. Since the time stop for you to choose the ability, you don't have to rush. If you end up in the wrong position, click left to cancel and reposition. Never miss a spot except in case of human error.

OK not sure you've got my problem. The ability is placed where you will end up not where you are. Now I am clear on this it shouldn't be too much of a problem but to take the example to the extreme, click to the far part of the screen. Now choose your ability and the ability will be placed where you end up not where you are at. I just need to left click then right click to be sure

Try this:
1. Hold the right mouse button.

While you hold down the right-mouse button, the cursor turns blue and the game PAUSES.

2. Move the cursor to where you want to drop your power up.
3. Release the right button.

The power up selection menu will open.

4. Select a power up.

Your avatar will run to that location and place the power up.



The following will NOT work, because it's actually doing the above.

1. Ignore where the mouse is on the screen and press alt or the right mouse button.
2. Select a power up.

The position of the mouse pointer MATTERS. The location of your avatar does NOT. (Mostly.) The power up will go where you're pointing, NOT where you are.
