To convert MBOX (Mailbox) files to PDF (Portable Document Format) manually, you can follow these steps:
Open MBOX files in an email client:
To access MBOX files, you'll need an email client that supports MBOX format. Mozilla Thunderbird is a popular choice for this purpose.
Download and install Mozilla Thunderbird on your system.
Launch Thunderbird and set up your email account (you can create a dummy account if needed).
Once Thunderbird is set up, go to the "File" menu and choose "Import" > "Mail".
Select "Files in mbox format" and click "Next".
Browse and select the MBOX file(s) you want to convert.
Click "Open" and follow the on-screen instructions to import the MBOX file(s) into Thunderbird.
Print MBOX emails to PDF:
With the MBOX emails imported into Thunderbird, select the emails you want to convert to PDF. You can use Ctrl+click or Shift+click to select multiple emails.
Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Print".
In the Print dialog box, choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" or any other PDF printer installed on your system.
Adjust the print settings as desired, such as page orientation, page size, etc.
Click "Print" to start the conversion process.
Specify a location to save the PDF file and provide a file name.
Click "Save" to generate the PDF file from the selected MBOX emails.
Repeat the process for other MBOX files:
If you have multiple MBOX files to convert, repeat the above steps for each MBOX file individually.
Import the MBOX file into Thunderbird, select the desired emails, and print them to PDF using the print-to-PDF feature.
Greetings,
